In Sanskrit and Hindi, रक्षित (rakṣita) means kept safe. We have spent more than two decades building an insurance practice worthy of the name, in business since 2004 and trusted with lakhs of policies across India.
Twenty-two years of advisory across India
Placed and serviced for clients nationwide
Regulated, accountable to every client
With offices in Jaipur and Mumbai
In Sanskrit and Hindi, रक्षित (rakṣita) means protected, guarded, kept safe. It grows from the root रक्ष् (rakṣ), to protect or to guard, the same root behind रक्षा (rakṣā), protection, and रक्षक (rakṣaka), a protector or guardian.
It is a fitting word for what insurance actually is. Stripped of the jargon, insurance is protection made deliberate: many people each set a little aside, so that when loss falls on one of them, it does not fall alone. A policy is simply that promise, written down.
We took the name seriously enough to build the firm around it. We assess the risk before we recommend a product, because protection of the wrong size is not protection at all. And we stay through the claim, because a promise is only worth what it pays when it is finally tested.
Since 2004
Rakshit Financial Services was founded in 2004, as India was modernising its insurance market and professional advisory standards were being newly defined. We began with a simple conviction: that clients deserve cover sized to their real risk, and an advisor who stays with them through the claim.
More than twenty years on, we have placed and serviced lakhs of policies for industry, commerce and families across the country. The risks our clients face are barely recognisable from the ones we started with. The discipline behind every recommendation has not changed at all.
Three commitments turn a word into a way of working. They shape every conversation we have, every policy we arrange and every claim we handle.
Speak with an advisor who will give you a straight answer about where your cover is adequate and where it is not. No obligation.
