What Your Policy Covers

A structured placement designed to close every material gap in your risk exposure, not a standard policy sold off the shelf.

Burglary & Office Break-in
Covers loss of office contents, cash in safe and specified valuables following forced and violent entry to the premises during or outside business hours.

Cash in Premises & Transit

Public Liability
Covers legal liability for bodily injury or property damage to clients, visitors and delivery personnel at your office premises, with legal defence costs in addition to the indemnity limit.
Personal Accident for Staff

Our Approach

One Policy Does What Six Separate Policies Cannot

Managing multiple separate insurance policies for your office creates administrative complexity, gaps between covers and premium duplication. A package policy eliminates all three, and consistently delivers a 15-25% saving over individually placed sections.

We conduct a physical office audit to value your contents, electronic equipment and cash holdings before placement, the most frequently under-insured elements in office policies.
For rented offices, we align your contents policy with the landlord's building insurance, ensuring there are no gaps in perils covered and no double-counting of premium.
For offices with significant electronic equipment or data assets, we co-ordinate the office package with a cyber insurance placement to close the gap between physical and digital risk.

How We Work

From Brief to Bound Cover

Three steps from your first conversation to a policy that is correctly structured and competitively priced.

01
Office Risk Survey
We assess your premises, contents valuation, electronic equipment schedule, cash handling procedures and public footfall to determine the right sum insured for each section.
02
Package Placement
We approach insurers offering office package products and select the insurer with the broadest cover for your business type, the cleanest policy wording and the strongest claims record.
03
Annual Review & Renewal
At renewal, we update sums insured for new equipment, headcount changes and premises improvements, and re-tender where the incumbent insurer's terms have drifted from market.

FAQ

Common Questions

If you rent, the building is the landlord's responsibility to insure. Your policy covers your contents, fit-out improvements, electronic equipment and liability. We review your lease to confirm what your landlord's policy covers and ensure your contents policy closes any gaps.
Standard office package policies cover electronic equipment at the declared premises. Equipment taken off-site, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, typically requires an all-risks portable equipment extension. We include this as standard in our office package specifications.
Standard office package policies exclude cyber events, including ransomware and data breach. For cyber cover including data breach response, business interruption and third-party data liability, a standalone Cyber Insurance policy is required alongside the office package.
A mid-term endorsement is required to update the policy with your new premises address, and the insurer may require a fresh survey before extending cover to the new location. We manage this process and ensure cover is continuous through the move.
Yes. A fidelity guarantee section covers loss of cash or assets resulting from dishonest acts by employees, relevant for offices with multiple staff handling cash or client assets. We include this in package specifications for offices with three or more employees in cash-handling roles.
