What Jaipur businesses usually get wrong
Sum insured set once and never revisited. Fire policies settle on reinstatement value, what it costs to rebuild today, and a figure carried forward from a renewal three years ago brings the average clause into every claim. It is the most common and most expensive error we find on a review.
The second is treating transit as somebody else's problem. Goods moving between Jaipur, Kishangarh and the ports are on the road for days, and a carrier's liability under the Carriage by Road Act is capped at a multiple of the freight rather than the value of the goods.
The third is employee liability. The Code on Social Security, 2020, which absorbed the Employees' Compensation Act on 21 November 2025, makes the employer liable for workplace injury whether or not anyone was negligent, and whether or not a policy exists.

For a risk inspection, a claim, or a placement large enough to warrant it, we travel. Nobody should buy a factory programme from someone who has never seen the factory.
At claim time we do the part that matters: documenting, intimating within the policy timelines, dealing with the surveyor, and arguing the quantum when the offer looks wrong.

Do you handle personal insurance too?
Yes. Health, term life, personal accident, home and private motor, for families as well as the businesses we advise. The commercial side is the larger part of the practice.
