Raksha AI is the assistant of an IRDAI-registered advisory that has been placing and defending cover in India since 2004. Ask it what a policy covers, what a clause means, or what to do after a loss, in English or Hindi. It costs nothing, it does not want your details, and when a question needs a person it says so.
Explaining what a cover normally includes and excludes. Translating the wording, average clause, reinstatement value, indemnity period, sum insured, IDV, into something you can act on. Telling you which cover a particular risk needs, and what the first hours after a loss should look like.
It answers from RFS's own published material rather than the open internet, so what it tells you about the average clause is what an RFS advisor would tell you, and it is instructed never to invent a figure, a premium, a settlement ratio or a policy wording.
It will not quote you a premium, bind cover or promise that a claim will be paid. It cannot see your policy, and any tool that answers those questions without reading your wording is guessing at your expense. Where money or a claim turns on the answer, it hands you to an advisor.
If you tell it you have already had a loss, it changes behaviour on purpose. It stops offering quotes, gives you the two things that matter in the first hours, and puts a human in front of you. Someone whose consignment overturned this morning does not need a sales pitch.
बीमा के सवाल हिंदी में पूछिए। जवाब हिंदी में मिलेगा। Most Indian insurance material is written in English while a great many of the people buying it think, trade and argue in Hindi. That gap is where policies get misunderstood, and it is the reason this answers in whichever language you ask in.
Raksha exists because the same questions arrive every week and the honest answers are not secret. What is the average clause. Is workmen compensation compulsory. Does my policy cover the goods on the truck. Answering them freely costs RFS nothing and saves the asker from finding out the hard way.
Everything it says is checked against what we publish. The questions people ask are reviewed and the answers corrected when they are wrong, which is a commitment rather than a claim of perfection.
A free assistant on this website that answers insurance questions in plain English or Hindi. It is built on Rakshit Financial Services' own material, twenty-two years of advising Indian businesses and families, and it is open to anyone. You do not need to be a client and there is nothing to sign up for.
Free, and no. Ask what you like without leaving a name, a number or an email. If you want an advisor to follow up you can share a number, but nothing asks you to.
Yes. Ask in Hindi and it answers in Hindi. Most Indian insurance material is written in English while a great many of the people buying it think in Hindi, which is a large part of why policies get misunderstood.
What a cover normally includes and excludes. What a term in your policy means. What the average clause does to a claim. Which cover a particular risk needs. What to do in the first hours after a loss. Where you stand if a claim has been rejected.
It will not quote a premium, bind cover, or tell you your claim will be paid. It does not have your policy in front of it, and anyone who tells you otherwise without reading the wording is guessing. For those, it hands you to a human.
It changes what it does. It stops offering quotes, tells you the two things that matter in the first hours, do not disturb the site and get the notice out, and puts you in front of an advisor. That is a deliberate choice: someone whose godown burned down last night does not want a sales pitch.
It answers from RFS's own published material and is told never to invent figures, premiums, ratios or wordings. It still gets things wrong, as every assistant does, which is why anything that turns on money or a claim goes to an advisor. The questions it is asked are reviewed, and the answers corrected when they are off.
No, and it is not meant to be. It is the difference between knowing what a term means and knowing whether your cover is right, and only the second one pays a claim. It exists so the conversation with an advisor starts further along.
